Introduction
GS Digester is like a big blender and has a central shaft with arms that rotate and mesh up the fruit. The rotating arms will break up the oil cells and conditions the fibre for pressing later in GS-Press. GS Digester also has a non jacketed steam pipe that used to cook the palm fruit and broke the cell of the pulp for greater efficiency of releasing the Crude Palm Oil. The Output of the mash will goes towards the GS Twin Screw Press and overflow crude palm oil will flow towards the oil gutter
C-Type Arrangement Beater Arm
Interior of Digester consists of 5 Beater Arms with 1 Expeller Arm. The Orientation of the 5 Beater Arms arranged from the Top to Bottom in 90 degree counter clockwise installation for the maximum efficiency and consistency of blending within the Digester.
Four(4) Inspection Holes and Four (4) Drainage Holes
GS Digester has 4 Insepection Holes and 4 Drainage Holes on the Bottom Plate. Four of these drainage pipes (100mm Diameter) will assist on mitigating any possible chokage issues that prevents the overflow Crude Palm Oil goes to the Twin Screw Press.
Full Stainless Steel Bottom Perforated Plate
GS Digester has a Full Stainless Steel of 12mm thickness of Stainless Steel (304) Bottom Perforated Plate of around 1000 Tapered Holes that assists on draining out the additional Crude Palm Oil to the Oil Gutter.
