Introduction
Empty Fruit Bunches (EFB) produced from the palm oil mill process with moisture content above 60% is hardly suitable to be utilized in commercial purposes. Ths GS Empty Fruit Bunch Press is specially designed & developed to produce EFB fibre of 42% - 45%, which can be directly transport to boiler for fuel or biomass compass. Besides that, the press juice recovered contains a small percentage of sludge oil, which can be marketed as a by-product.

GS Special Design Intermediate Gearbox
The GS Special Design Intermediate Gearbox for EFB Press inherited from the prestige GS Twin Screw Press. It uses the similar design that allows separation of External Spur Gear and Bearings to minimize oil contamination and maximize life spans of the Bearings and Shafts.
No Hydraulic Cylinder Needed
The Special Design of Empty Bunch Press eliminates the needs of Hydraulic Cylinder and Power Pack thus inducing a huge cost reduction on the pressing operation. As the Twin Screw Press is designed to press the moisture out of the Empty Fruit Bunch, the Constant Pressure from the Twin Screw is sufficient to do the job.
